Abstract

This article aim for analyze the role of civic Education ( PKn ) teachers in develop attitude democratic students at school basic research this use method studies literature with gather various relevant references from journals, books and articles that discuss about the role of civics teachers in education character , especially in formation attitude democratic students. Research results show that the civics teacher own a very important role in implant values democracy to students, such as value other people's opinions, participate active in activity together, and understand rights and obligations as citizens. Through an approach that involves discussion, simulation, and learning based experience, teachers can create conducive atmosphere for development attitude democratic. In conclusion, the development of attitude democratic learning in elementary school students is very dependent on the methods and strategies applied by civics teachers. in the learning process. Therefore, it is recommended that civics teachers Keep going increase quality learning that involves student in a way active and creative , and utilise various media for facilitate development attitude democratic student.
