Character education, science and technology, and literacy are strategic elements in developing a superior generation starting in elementary school. Findings show that Teacher has a central position as a facilitator, motivator, dynamic, counselor, and evaluator in integrating character values with learning Science and Technology And literacy. By Because That, strengthening competence Teachers in the context of literacy, especially digital literacy, are the main key to improving the quality of education in the digital era.
