This study aims to systematically examine the integration of local wisdom values in Civic Education (PKn) learning in elementary schools and its contribution in building students' national identity. The research method used is a literature review with content analysis techniques on various scientific articles, national journals, and relevant publications that discuss the application of local wisdom in Civic Education learning. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom values, such as customs, customary law, mutual cooperation, and regional cultural traditions, can be effectively integrated in Civic Education learning through various learning strategies, including the use of folklore, traditional games, contextual discussions, and project-based learning. Civic Education teachers in elementary schools have a strategic role in linking local wisdom values with citizenship concepts, such as responsibility, tolerance, unity, and love of the homeland. The integration of local wisdom in Civic Education learning not only improves students' understanding of civic values, but also strengthens national identity and shapes students' character as citizens who are cultured, have character, and are proud of their Indonesian identity.
