Strategy Strengthening Literacy And Participation Political for First-Time Voters Facing the Dynamics of Digital Politics

Abstract

First-time voters are a strategic segment in maintaining the continuity of democratic consolidation in Indonesia. However, this group often faces challenges such as low political literacy and widespread exposure to disinformation on social media. This article aims to analyze in depth the strategic role of Pancasila Education and the urgency of political education for first-time voters. as well as problematic enforcement law in respond distribution Political hoaxes. Using a library research method, this study synthesizes various findings related to the dynamics of formal political education and the challenges of digital law. The results indicate that Pancasila Education requires a paradigm shift, moving from a normative-theoretical delivery of material to a more dialogical and critical approach. Furthermore, collaboration between educational institutions and other stakeholders is crucial for creating a robust digital literacy ecosystem, protecting first-time voters from hoaxes and encouraging rational and responsible political participation in every election.
