Civics (PKn) learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in shaping students' character, particularly their religious tolerance amidst the diversity of Indonesian society. In practice, problems persist, such as students' lack of understanding of differences in beliefs and the minimal implementation of tolerance values in learning activities. This situation indicates that PKn learning has not been fully optimized in fostering a real attitude of tolerance in the school environment. Previous research has shown that PKn learning has a significant influence on the formation of students' tolerance attitudes, where learning activities are integrated with character values. capable grow flavor each other value (Tanjung, et al., 2022). Besides that, implementation mark tolerance through activity like prayer together, discussion group, and religious activities have proven effective in instilling an attitude of respect for differences (Yuliani, et al., 2021). Solution Which can done is with develop A contextual character-based civics learning model, the use of discussion and case study methods, and the strengthening of an inclusive school culture. Teachers also need to provide concrete examples of tolerance in everyday interactions so that students can emulate them. in a way direct. Results Which expected is increasing attitude Specifically, students' religious tolerance, such as the ability to respect friends of different religions, not to discriminate, and to work together in diversity. Thus, civics learning is not only theoretical but also capable of fostering real tolerant behavior in elementary school students.
