THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ROLE OF THE YOUNG GENERATION AS THE VANILLAIN GUARD IN REALIZED STATE SOVEREIGNTY BASED ON PANCASILA

Abstract

The younger generation holds a strategic position as agents of change in safeguarding and realizing national sovereignty amidst the challenges of globalization and technological disruption. This study aims to analyze the importance of the role of the younger generation as frontline actors in strengthening national sovereignty based on the values of Pancasila. The method used is a literature review by examining various relevant scientific sources, such as books, journals, and official documents. The results of the study indicate that the younger generation has a significant contribution in strengthening nationalism, maintaining unity, and actively participating in the fields of education, social, politics, and technology as a form of implementation of the values of Pancasila. In addition, the internalization of Pancasila values has proven to be an important foundation in shaping the character of the younger generation with integrity and responsibility. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, educational institutions, and the community in fostering the younger generation to be able to pioneer (driving force) in realizing strong and sustainable national sovereignty.
