Through civic education, Pancasila, the foundation of the Indonesian state and way of life, plays a significant role in forming students' character from a young age. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is employed, and literature-based data gathering methods are found by searching for written sources. The findings demonstrated that there were multiple ways to incorporate Pancasila values into civic education in elementary schools: (1) incorporating Pancasila values into the curriculum and instruction; (2) establishing habits and exemplary behavior in the classroom; and (3) establishing a school climate that embodies Pancasila values. (4) Learning assessment techniques that assess attitudes and behaviors consistent with Pancasila principles in addition to knowledge. However, a number of challenges were encountered during implementation, including inadequate parental support, teachers' weak understanding of Pancasila ideals, and adverse effects from the outside school environment. The results show that the contextual and audiovisual use of digital media enhances student engagement, motivation, and understanding of learning materials. Digital media enables more engaging, concrete, and relatable content delivery based on students' daily experiences. However, challenges remain, such as limited \access to devices, unstable internet connectivity, and teachers' lack of digital competence. This study aims to identify the causes and impacts of this low understanding of Pancasila values and formulate strategies to address them. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach through library research and documentation conducted in schools, communities, and social media. The research results show that the low level of understanding of Pancasila values is caused by various factors, including weak implementation of character education in schools, a lack of role models from community leaders and families, the negative influence of social media, and the current of globalization that shifts local cultural values. The consequences of this condition include increased intolerant behavior, a low spirit of mutual cooperation, and a weakening sense of nationalism. The educational curriculum that emphasizes academic aspects over instilling moral values also exacerbates the situation. Civics education in elementary schools plays a role in shaping students' character, fostering integrity, honesty, and responsibility. This study employed a literature review method, analyzing various academic literature, international journals, government policy documents, and reports from anti-corruption institutions. The results indicate that experiential learning methods, the role of teachers as role models, and support from the family and community are key factors in the success of anti-corruption education. Comparative studies with other countries indicate that countries with systematic anti-corruption education systems tend to have lower levels of corruption. In the educational context, the value of tolerance is taught through various methods, such as discussions, case studies, and collaboration in problem-solving. Emphasis on the importance of effective communication, recognition of diversity, and constructive conflict management are part of the teacher's role. This study concludes that strengthening the value of tolerance in the younger generation requires the active involvement of teachers who are committed to providing role models and creating positive interactions within the school community. Thus, education on the value of tolerance is an effective way to build a peaceful and respectful society. The conclusion of this study is the high potential for social conflict due to a lack of understanding and appreciation of differences, whether in terms of religion, culture, or other social values.
