Abstract

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) plays an important role in addressing the issue of human trafficking of Indonesian citizens in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This abstract outlines the main aspects of IOM's involvement in this area, including its mission, activities, and impact. IOM is an intergovernmental organization dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration. In the context of Indonesian migrant workers in the UAE, IOM focuses on addressing the root causes of human trafficking, providing assistance to victims, and advocating for policy changes to protect vulnerable individuals.
