BASIC SOCIO-CULTURAL SCIENCE: THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN CULTURE ON EDUCATION

Education and culture are things that are mutually integrated, education always changes according to cultural
development, because education is a process of transferring culture and is a mirror of cultural values (education is reflective). The purpose of this research is to describe all aspects related to education and culture. in terms of the function and purpose of cultural education. The method used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive method, using data collection techniques in the form of a review study of books, literature, notes, and reports that have to do with the problem solved using secondary data. . So the results of the research are obtained that the creation of culture is the result of thoughts, ideas, concepts and beliefs possessed by humans as a gift from God Almighty and beneficial to humans themselves which are developed into a science in education. From this research it can be concluded that education and culture influence each other in creating an idea.
