Abstract

This study to implementation method literature reviews for increase motivation and learning outcomes in civic education in elementary schools. In the context of education which keep going developing, approach innovative is needed for push student engagement. The research was conducted through two cycles, in which the researcher designed structured lesson plan and observation sheets for teachers and students. Observer from circles teacher other involved for give perspective addition in learning evaluation. The results of the first cycle show that the objectives have not been achieved, while the second cycle showed a significant increase in motivation and results. student learning.
