Abstract

Ethics and morals are very important and need to be considered. Moreover, at this time there is a decline in ethics and morals in society. The occurrence of this, of course, is a concern that must be immediately fixed and resolved. According to Aristotle (384-322), ethics is science that discusses problems of human behavior and actions. Temporary manner and custom is assessment ethics which own connection with the manners and customs inherent in each individual and their relation to the good or bad behavior, actions or conduct of an individual. This study aims to identify the application of pancasila values in the world. work and profession as solution for overcome crisis the moral. With using the literature study method, this study examines the relevance of Pancasila as a source of ethics and morality, as well as importance values the in guard integrity profession. The results discussion shows that Pancasila not only functions as the basis of the state, but also as a guideline ethics that can applied in various professions. Values in Pancasila, such as divine values, humanity, And justice, potential character building young generation with integrity. It can be concluded that this study emphasizes the importance of implementing Pancasila education since early for to form individual which capable compete in a way global and overcome dynamics life modern. Implementation values pancasila on world work also it is hoped that it can improve the nation's morality and build a just and civilized society.
