Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) has role important in form character participant educate since age early. One of the objective main Civics is implant values tolerance and unity that become foundation life society and the state. This article discuss strategies and methods in grow attitude tolerance and unity through learning PPKn at school basic. With approach interactive, problem - based learning value, and practice direct in life daily, participants educate can internalize attitude each other respect and work The same in diversity. Study results this show that implementation method proper learning in civics can in a way effective grow attitude tolerance and unity since early. Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) has role strategic in implant attitude tolerance and unity in schools basic. In the context of diversity of Indonesia, education this aim for form character students to be able to life side by side with harmonious as well as value differences. This article discussing learning strategies Effective PPKn in grow attitude tolerance and unity among student school basic. The method used in study this is study literature as well as observation to implementation education character in eye lesson PPKn. Study results show that learning based Pancasila values, discussion group, game participation implementation experience direct in life daily can increase awareness student to importance attitude tolerance and unity. Learning effective PPKn no only give understanding theoretical to students, but also form behavior they in life everyday. With apply method interactive and participatory learning, students become more open to differences and able work the same with his friends from various background behind. With thus, strengthening education character through PPKn become step important in build generation young person with personality nationalist, democratic, and value diversity. This effort must get support from various parties, including teachers, parents, and environment school, so that the values nationality can embedded with good in self student since age early.
