Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) material in elementary schools is a crucial reference for shaping students' character and national awareness from an early age. However, the integrative nature of PPKn material is often perceived as abstract and complex, making it challenging for students to understand. In this digital era, utilizing technology and learning media offers a potential solution to overcome these obstacles. Videos, animations, and educational apps enable students to learn in a more interactive and enjoyable way. This research is a literature review that analyzes various studies related to the use of technology in civics learning. The results show that technology can increase student motivation, engagement, and understanding of civic concepts. However, the effectiveness of technology use depends heavily on teacher readiness, the availability of infrastructure, and a supportive learning environment. Therefore, technology integration not only enriches learning methods but also humanizes the learning process to shape an intelligent, critical, and responsible generation.
