EFFORTS TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' MORAL VALUES IN THE ERA OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

The rapid development of the digital era makes everything in the form of information on the internet easily accessible to everyone, including elementary school-age children. The unstoppable flow of the digital era demands appropriate action in order to minimize moral deviations that occur today, one of which is the application of moral values. Children's behavior and morals in today's digital era are very influential in life. In this case, the importance of education in the practice of Pancasila values as a form of control in realizing a life that can reflect good and responsible behavior and morals. In the current digital era, life patterns have changed in various aspects of life, which often shift from existing life norms, especially in the cultivation of behavioral and moral attitude values in public life. This article was written using the meta-analysis method. The type of research used uses qualitative research. The research was conducted to determine the extent of the importance of efforts to increase students' moral values in the era of digital development. Looking at the current development, many children use technology for entertainment and lack morals and social that are not good in society. Therefore, increasing moral values is needed to form a quality generation by fostering a sense of responsibility in using technological developments in the digital era. Morals can also make the development of dimensions in children cognitive, physical, social-emotional, creativity and spiritual to be optimal. Improve moral values to form and build humans who obey God Almighty, obey the rule of law, conduct intercultural interaction, apply the noble values of the nation's culture and strengthen the spiritual, moral and ethical foundation as the pride of the Indonesian nation.
