THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PKN LEARNING USING MEDIA QUIZZZ IN INCREASING THE LEARNING INTEREST IN CLASS V STUDENTS AT SD MUHAMMADIYAH 08 MEDAN

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of obstacles in increasing student interest in learning.This study aims to determine whether there is the effectiveness of quiziz learning media in increasing students' learning interest in grade 5 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. In this study usingthe method of literature (library research). The guidelines for this research are observation, interviews, and journals. The source of the research data was obtained from interviews with Pkn subject teachers, and homeroom teachers for class V. The impact of this quiziz learning media is that students become more enthusiastic, passionate, and have a higher curiosity, learning becomesmore fun, students so it's easier to instill and apply noble values and norms in everyday life, and can increase student learning demand in Civics subjects. This statement is contained in the goal of developing the state of the Republic of Indonesia which is included in the 1945 National Policy Guidelines, namely to educate life by providing opportunity for every citizen to obtain a proper education in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. The nature of PKN lessons will bring about the counseling of students towards learning processes that are particularly good at using lecture models while students are less involved in learning processes or passive learning.
