Abstract

Children aged 3 years and over are the time for children to form skills and agility from an early age, at this time children are still looking for basic concepts to find out skills and agility in themselves. A person's skills can be judged by how skilled he is at doing or making something with the creativity of children from an early age who have a very high imagination so that great guidance is needed from both parents or trusted people who can develop the child, by introducing fairy tales and children's education -children in the form of animation which is applied in the form of books or videos, the second way is listening to songs aimed at honing children's speech by taking the essence of songs that have been heard by children. This concept is very influential for the future of the child. If the lack of guidance for children in the development of children's skills and dexterity from an early age results in children not having a mentality or personality that stands out in them. Skill is the ability of someone who uses reason, thought and also creativity in changing, doing or making something that can be more meaningful, so as to get more value from the work. We need to hone or form skills from an early age so that children are great with their own abilities or expertise. Most children today are too spoiled by technological developments such as cellphones or smartphones, laptops, etc. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of the outbound method for children's skills and dexterity. The method used in writing this article is Literature Review.
