The Importance of Application of Learning Media to the Process of Student Development

Abstract

Learning media is one component in the learning process. Learning media is a tool that can help to convey learning material so that students can have interest and interest in the learning material being presented. It's just that when using learning media, you must be able to choose learning media that suits the material to be delivered and teachers must also adapt to the character of their students in choosing learning media. still don't understand how important it is to utilize learning media that is appropriate to learning so that learning doesn't feel monotonous and boring for students. The use of learning media at the teaching orientation stage will really help the effectiveness of the learning process and the delivery of messages and lesson content at that time. With learning media, a student needs an intermediary or what is usually called learning media, where with the learning media, it can divert the student's attention, so as not to quickly get bored and bored in the teaching and learning process. media is a very important part, this component needs attention, we must realize the importance of media in facilitating the teaching and learning process which will help students learn.Therefore, in this research the author used a library research method to examine how important appropriate learning media is for the development process of students in elementary schools. The results of the research state that appropriate learning media is very important in supporting students' learning.
