Abstract

A person's character is formed over a long period of time, and the process needs to be completed before character can be formed. Character development is best done from an early age, even in a family environment. Families that instill positive qualities in their children so that the thoughts they instill in them are character building. When someone understands and is able to apply it in their activities and life, then they experience implementation. Try to make this character a habit through repetition or habituation when you can practice it. After developing good habits, the habituation process is character formation. Because of this, character develops into a culture that can always be followed. The most difficult aspect in everyday life is the process of developing this character, that the cycle of assimilation can be applied in a person's life, the following system is the final interaction, especially assimilation to change into a natural person for an individual, specifically one's awareness of that person without restricted or moved by anyone in any way. In an educational context, professionalism can be understood as the level of performance and behavior that indicates a teaching career. Teachers who are competent and skilled enough to carry out their responsibilities are considered professionals. Professional work, by this definition requires expertise, skill and high standards of quality. Professional, social, and educational certificates, as well as performance and behavior that demonstrate their profession, are all required by professional educators to meet quality standards. Professional teachers are undoubtedly capable of carrying out their responsibilities professionally. It can be understood that an educator with character adheres to a generally accepted code of ethics, which states that educators must be able to direct students sympathetically, have sincerity, be able to convey well, follow the harmony of the school atmosphere and the life of the local community in order to serve the school.
