Every student has different talents and interests, so educators have an important role in efforts to develop students' talents and interests. This research aims to analyze the role of educators in creating a learning environment that supports the development of students' talents and interests and its impact on students' academic achievement. The method used in this research uses literacy. The data obtained in the research used published scientific journal articles. In this research, it was found that the role of educators is very significant in helping students recognize, develop and express their talents and interests. So the results that can be obtained, the role of educators in efforts to develop students' talents and interests is very important. By becoming a talent and interest detector, development facilitator, and motivator for students, educators can create a learning environment that allows students to develop their potential optimally and educators can also understand the diversity of talents and interests in student achievement. This has a positive impact on students' academics. Therefore, it is important for teachers to continue to improve understanding, skills and practices in their teaching to support the development of students' talents and interests.
