Abstract

The application of ethics and aesthetics in culture is a value or ethical behavior that is related to the good and bad of human actions. This is associated with aesthetics which means beauty or art. From ethics and aesthetics, a character will be trained which is very important to teach in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is through the application of cultured ethics and aesthetics students can apply or cultivate good character which can later be channeled when socializing in the community. The method used in this research is qualitative with literature study by looking for data sources from previous studies. The results of this study indicate that the importance of forming good character, especially cultured character, especially for elementary school children where the nature of children easily follows what they see and hear from ethics and aesthetics makes students know more about how to behave in respect for others.
