Development Organization is an approach systematic and planned to increase organizational effectiveness and help solve problems. Some of the changes included are individuals, work teams, collaborative/cooperative organizations, decentralization which is excessive and not enough fast communication Which influence in operating efficiency on all level. Strategic change organization is an influence new to the evolution of development organization. Structure organization and technology, strategy organization and social environment the more complex push change organization is increasing. Organization will experiencing a development if the organization can be declared successful when it develops towards positive, so that employees who join the organization can achieve their goals. Development of organizational structure need adjustment system in organization the so that can keep pace with changes time. The research method used in the research is descriptive qualitative. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative because the research struggles to describe or describe the role of organizations in fostering character values Social care. Development something organization can also used as a scale for theorganization.
