This study aim for investigate the role played by families and schools in form character child as responsible citizen responsibility and integrity. Researcher use approach qualitative for explained problems and for more focus research. Qualitative Method is ways study social media to produce descriptive data in the form of words and images. This study endeavor accumulate descriptive data as much as possible Then entered in form reports and descriptions. Descriptive method is way to visualize temporary situation going to carried out research, and observed because from problem taken from general condition , of information obtained in the field Then described in form words for more data easy understood by readers. To make it come to fruition results appropriate research , this research use approach qualitative and method descriptive Research result show that family and school own role important in form character child as good citizen. Family give base moral and ethical values, temporary school give chance for develop Skills social, leadership and responsibility answer as needed in life social. Synergy between both of them can help create individuals who contributed positive for society.
