Implementation of Pancasila Values as Character Formation in the Millennial Generation

Abstract

This research aims to implement Pancasila values as the formation and development of character in each individual of the millennial generation. Pancasila is a solid foundation that strengthens our collective identity and strengthens unity among diverse cultures, tribes, religions and ethnicities. In reality, in line with the fading of Pancasila values in the millennial generation, people can see deviant behavior and there are also those who tend to live individually. The author aims to implement the values of Pancasila as a character in the millennial generation by using the literature review method through identification and evaluation of works resulting from research and ideas that have been carried out by researchers and practitioners who obtained the results that there is an implementation of Pancasila values as a character formation for the millennial generation by increasing awareness of the importance of Pancasila values as a guide to life by practicing or applying Pancasila values in everyday life.
