Management Pancasila and Citizenship Education Classes in Increase Discipline Study

This study aim explain how the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers as manager class in increase discipline study student. This study using a literature review. Subject in this study is a Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teacher as well student. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques done with three channel stage activity that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Result of this study in increase discipline study students, teachers of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) as manager class do effort with arrange class to be orderly, apply rules and regulations for discipline in learn and give penalty to students who don't discipline in study. By special results this study can formulated to in a number of conclusion that is as following : (1) Efforts to improve discipline self student in learning Civics with using regulatory media school namely (a) give understanding about discipline Keep going continuous , (b) giving motivation and encouragement to student so discipline attached in self students and (c) provide example or example behave and behave well (2) the teacher's efforts in increase discipline time for students in learning Civics with using regulatory media school is with build or develop awareness together between teacher and student (3) efforts made by Civics teachers in increase discipline study in learning Civics with using regulatory media school namely (a) RPP is archived with good, (b) using student- oriented learning techniques, and (c) rewards so student motivated for study. Recommendation this study, share head school as leader and maker policy expected can increase professionality teacher work so that teachers can do his role with good when teach as well as tighten and improve student in obey regulation about discipline at school.
