This article examines how PKn functions as a forum to instill moral values such as tolerance, honesty, responsibility, and love of the homeland to students. Through a literature approach, this study emphasizes the importance of interactive teaching methods and the support of a conducive educational environment in fostering character rooted in national and humanitarian values. The results of the study show that with effective civic education, students are better able to apply moral ethics in everyday life, face the challenges of the modern era with a critical attitude, and contribute positively to society. Civic Education not only plays a role in teaching the rights and obligations of citizens, but also forms a strong moral character as a foundation for national development.
