Abstract

Citizenship Education (PKN) plays an important role in shaping nationalist identity in a diverse society. The purpose of this study is to explain how PKN learning can foster a sense of nationalism in elementary school students. The research method used in this study using literature review for dig how to form identity nationalism through learning civics. The research data were obtained through literature research, scientific journals, and scientific works, and their accuracy was ensured. This study can help Indonesian society develop a sense of nationalism through civics, especially in elementary school environments. Based on the results of the researcher's research, civics education is known to have a very important role as a means, both directly and indirectly, of forming a nationalist identity among elementary school students.
