Abstract

The implementation of character education aims to improve the quality of education, so that the goal is to achieve the development of students' character comprehensively and in balance according to the level of graduates. The success of character education can be measured through a comprehensive assessment consisting of: 1) assessment of the situation including the basis of policy, perceived needs, and objectives of the character education program 2) Evaluating input such as plans, strategies, organizational structure designs, implementation procedures, and availability of character education program resources 3) Process evaluation, including coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the implementation of the character education program. 4) Product evaluation, including the performance and impact of the character education program. Evaluation of the character education program is carried out to measure improvements and the success of the character education program implemented by the education provider.
