Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by an anonymous referee by double-blind peer review for contribution, originality, relevance and presentation. The editor will inform the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully within 2 months.

Submission of original manuscripts via electronic online submission;

Quick and holistic assessment by the Managing Editor, whether the manuscript is in accordance with the Focus and Scope of the Journal and can be understood. Otherwise, the Author will be notified via email of rejection. The assignment of one section editor and the role of the section editor is to check the layout depending on the Layout of the Indonesian Community Service Journal. If the layout does not match the Indonesian Community Service Journal, it will be returned to the au

and re-sent in a maximum of 3 days. If the layout is appropriate, it will immediately be forwarded to the reviewer.

The Section Editor team selects 2 reviewers who are competent in the appropriate fields within or outside the Devotion Journal community and sends manuscripts to those aiming for a 4 week review. If an invited reviewer does not accept their assigned work within a week or two, they must be replaced with a new reviewer. The reviewer provides recommendations to the editor, justifications, and suggestions (if appropriate) based on the author's own judgment (4-6 weeks);

they should notify the Executing editor immediately. Editor in Chief Finalize the list of papers ready to be published and the order of distribution.
