Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the moral value of bullying in actions that demean the dignity of children psychologically and have different legal levels. Case law is more in the field of ethics and morals. As with bullying, in essence if it is adjusted to law number 39/99 it will be considered a violation, but not all cases of human rights violations are resolved by law. This study aims to describe moral values that must be applied in social life. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive analytical methods. The results of this study show the following: (1) awareness related to human values and thoughts that reflect good and evil. Awareness is closely related to the fact that humans are aware of doing something in every activity, that awareness is the human ability to know himself, (2) freedom and responsibility are human conditions that are not bound by norms, rules and values. those around him for what he wants. Responsibilities can answer questions about the actions taken, (3) rights and obligations are relative and complementary. All obligations, like rights, arise from law, because all obligations are moral imperatives and all obligations arise from law, obligations are moral imperatives to do something or not do something. (4) values and norms are something that challenges people to seek something; something wanted and desired and something good. While there are rules, standards, and measures.
