This research is a descriptive analysis research using problem solving methods that describe, explain and analyze the situations and conditions of the problems that students experience from the researcher's point of view and based on the results of a search of supporting literature. This study aims to apply Pancasila values to instill and foster the behavior of elementary school students to become better individuals in building the nation and state in the future to become the next generation in the future. Pancasila as the basis of ideology can be understood and instilled in school children, including elementary school students who are the beginning of the application of learning Pancasila values in elementary school students. The results of this study are strategies used by teachers in providing directions to elementary school children in implementing how not to insult their friends by implementing "Stop Bullying" against their friends by making elementary school students what impact they do after bullying their friends. . Not only that, the teacher must also be able to use strategies so that students can appreciate and respect each other, whether they have enough or not. The role of parents is also important in instilling Pancasila values in elementary school students in monitoring children's behavior in their environment, monitoring children with the cellphones they have and seeing children's struggles. Therefore, in the application of Pancasila values in bullying cases, it is hoped that it can build and encourage students not to bully their friends to become good students in the nation and state and to become students who have good morals, are intelligent and are responsible for values. Pancasila values that have been embedded in the students they have studied.
