Management of Pancasila Education Class and Citizenship in Improving Learning Discipline

The aim of this research is to explain how class supervisors who specialize in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) can improve student learning discipline. As a class manager, Civics teachers can help students learn to be more disciplined. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. In their role as class managers, Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers strive to create orderly classes, enforce rules to maintain discipline in the class, by creating orderly classes, enforce rules to maintain discipline in the class. Discipline is essential to students' development if they are to learn and act in a way that is appropriate to the environment in which they find themselves. To instill discipline in students, teachers must have learning strategies that can support them during the teaching and learning process. Discipline in learning can be fostered through developing students' time management skills, a sense of ownership of assigned work, and accountability for lesson planning and classroom management. Teachers help students develop leadership qualities so they can develop self-confidence, teach them how to be responsible, and assist them in starting groups in class. Educate students to be independent in fulfilling their responsibilities democratically. democratically, acquainting students with independence in fulfilling their responsibilities, and acquainting them with the behavior necessary to be
actively involved in class activities. and introduce students to appropriate behaviors to engage in active learning.
