As we see, our country is facing challenges to the moral level of society.the subject of this problem is on primary school students because at the primary school level it is very easy to follow The recent moral deterioration has some people worried marked by many immoral behaviors that are reportedly widely broadcast on national television. Education is a means of moral communication for children within the family and in the official educational environment at school. This study aims to find out how important PKN Education is in moral formation in elementary school children as the next generation of the nation. This research is based on the background of the morals of the nation's next generation which is starting to decline coupled with the development of increasingly modern times that have an impact on the behavior of the nation's generation Especially elementary school children. The method used is qualitative research borrowed from the literature research model with an analytical descriptive approach through a literature review approach that includes several references such as articles and journals related to the problem the author is researching. The subject of this study is more focused on elementary school students The result of this research is that with the learning of civic education, it problems of the nation. In other words, learning civic education can be a solution to improve community morals, especially at the elementary school level Civic education is very important today globalization. Apart from being a means to shape the character of the next generation. Civic education is also expected to give birth to a can reduce existing problems referring to the moral generation of supporters of a nation who are aware of their rights and obligations.
