THE IMPORTANCE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS TO DEVELOP THE CHARACTER OF STUDENTS AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL

Human Rights (HAM) do not only function to introduce the freedom that every person has. The purpose of the service is to provide an understanding of the importance of the teacher's role in the implementation of human rights in elementary schools. Through this method, students and school staff are welcome to appreciate and understand social, racial, religious and social diversity. The teacher's role is to help combat the segregation, generalizations and foul play that may arise in an instructive climate. Students can cultivate empathy and gain a deeper understanding of other people's points of view by studying other people's culture and experiences. This contributes to the development of an inclusive school environment where every individual is treated with dignity and respect. students' perceptions, Attitudes and actions regarding human rights can also be changed through multicultural education. The understanding that everyone has the same rights to be respected, recognized and treated fairly is taught to students. They also learn about the importance of opportunities for articulation, the right to training, and other basic freedoms. The school creates an atmosphere that encourages equality, fairness and respect for differences by implementing human rights in elementary schools. Collaboration between parents and schools in implementing human rights education so that there are no differences in principles related to human rights and the cultivation of children's character. The results in the field show that human rights education in elementary school education can also ensure students' access to human rights knowledge. Inequalities of class, age and so on resulting from the contemporary global world have created a structural imbalance. The position of human rights education in the world of elementary school education is to help organize a society free from human rights violations. Education that can reduce the level of human rights violations is by implementing human rights education in elementary schools, namely by imparting basic human rights values to students.
