Abstract

We as humans cannot be separated from the changes that occur in our lives. These changes can lead to good or bad things, therefore teachers as the spearhead or role models of education themselves are tasked with building the character values of their students. In realizing this, of course the teacher is required to have good character and moral values so that he can provide moral values, norms and ethics to students. The public's view of teachers or educators is certainly very well received because teachers are role models, role models, references for the nation's children. With this, teachers are expected to not only be able to impart knowledge but also be able to provide good role models to students. A teacher's professionalism is an attitude of loyalty to the nation and state to educate the nation's youth based on values, ethics, statutory norms that are specifically regulated for state teachers. Therefore, a person who works as a teacher must have ethics. Ethics has a very important role in everyday life. Ethics makes educators and students have character and have freedom that can be accounted for. Research regarding the implementation of teacher professional ethics in everyday life is very necessary. The method in this research uses literature study with data collection techniques carried out by collecting books, scientific articles and other sources related to the implementation of teacher professional ethics in everyday life. The collected data was analyzed descriptively. From this research it emerged that the implementation of professional ethics really needs to be carried out continuously. By getting used to the recommended efforts, educators must get used to taking good actions in implementing the learning process with students later.
