Application of Culture in the Elementary School Environment

Abstract

The application of culture in the elementary school environment is important in shaping students' character and enriching their educational experience. By examining the article "Application of Culture in the Primary School Environment" and the results of a relevant literature review, this research aims to explore the impact and implementation of culture in the context of primary education. The research method used is a literature review which emphasizes a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of school culture, such as environmentally conscious, religious, literacy and other cultures, has a positive impact on student character. However, there are challenges in implementation, such as limited resources and resistance from certain parties. Improvement and development strategies, including increased school support, parent participation, and the development of more inclusive cultural programs, were identified as important steps to increase the effectiveness of cultural implementation in elementary school settings. With strong support and a creative approach, the application of culture in elementary schools can have a significant positive impact in forming students' character and enriching their learning experience.
